WARRANTY INFORMATION 

 

Alpha Performance Technologies films Carbon-S, Ceramic-3, and Alpha-X are covered by a lifetime manufacturer's warranty which includes fading, discoloration, cracking, delamination, bubbling, and blistering. Examples the warranty will not cover (scratches, stains, tares, chips, improper installation, installation by an unauthorized shop ECT.) All warranty work will cover the material cost and labor cost to remove and install new film (Ask for payout limits). All warranty work must be performed by an authorized Alpha Performance Technologies Installer approved by ALPHA. The customer must provide their warranty card and proof of purchase to obtain a warranty claim. All Alpha Performance Technologies films are to be installed to the legal specification of each state compliance where the vehicle is registered. Failure to do so will void all warranty. It is the sole responsibility of the registered vehicle owner to make sure the film is in compliance with all state laws that the vehicle is registered in. ALPHA is not liable in any manner whatsoever for injury, loss or damages related to the use of this product.

TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY INFORMATION

Alpha Performance Technologies offers a transferable warranty for all films installed meeting state laws and by a certified and active installer (Carbon-S, Ceramic-3, Alpha-X). To be eligible for the transferable warranty the new owner of the vehicle must submit proof of the original date of purchase and warranty card from the first initial installation. Alpha Performance Technologies will send out a new warranty card after execution of the new owners payment to activate new owners warranty. New owner has 30 days from date of vehicle purchase to transfer the window film warranty. Please ask for additional warranty details not mentioned here.
